Interested in writing for the Source?

Thank you for reading the SNRE Source, a student, faculty and alumni driven online magazine. In May 2008, IFAS Communications awarded the SNRE Source with a GOLD IFAS Images Award, one of the highest honors we can receive. While our office was elated, the award should go to those who have contributed in the past as our stories originate from the experiences of the faculty, students, staff, and alumni within SNRE and our sponsored programs. Our triannual newsletter is read by thousands from all over the world. As the magazine continues to grow, we are working to spread the word and we need your help!

We would like to hear about your work and experiences, here at UF and abroad. Highlight your interesting summer research project, debate an issue with your faculty advisor, or simply send us a comment about what you would like to read in upcoming issues. We'd love to publish your article, so let us. We'll accept and review all articles, but here are some proposed topics we are considering for the next few issues.

Student perspectives: Life in the field or in the lab
Upcoming books and publications
Human dimensions of natural resource management
Recently awarded funding, honors and recognitions
Teaching experiences
